              TRAVEL INSURANCE AND WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO PURCHASE IT

Travel Insurance is highly recommended in order to protect your investment.  The cruise lines and tour companies charge penalties for cancellation, generally ranging from the deposit amount to no refund at all.

 In addition, travel insurance protects you while you are out of the country with emergency medical and dental coverage, medical evacuation, baggage delay and more.  Often times, your own health insurance will not cover you while you are out of the country.  The average expense of emergency transporation back to the US is over $10,000 which would be an out of pocket expense if you do not have insurance.
